	Dale Dabbs *President and Chief Executive Officer*As President and CEO, Dale is responsible for the company's overall strategic direction and execution. He joined EZShield in May 2010 to lead the company following its spin-off from former corporate parent company Custom Direct (CDI). Prior to EZShield, Dale was President and CEO of Custom Direct, a leading provider of custom checks and security services. While there, he was instrumental in the development of the EZShield product suite, separated CDI into 3 divisions that allowed spin-off of EZShield and achieved market-leading gross margins. In his five years at Custom Direct, Dale also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations before his appointment to CEO. Dale previously spent almost 20 years at Clark American Checks, Inc., holding various sales and operations positions before becoming President and General Manager of Checks in the Mail, a $65 million division of the company. Dale is a noted expert in turnarounds, operation and process management, and supply chain. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of Texas, Arlington.

	Michael J. Catanzarita, CPA *Chief Financial Officer*In his position as Chief Financial Officer since November 2009, Mike is responsible for all aspects of EZShield's finance and administrative functions which includes risk management, controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, mergers and acquisitions. Before joining EZShield, Mike served as Vice President of Finance at Visa, Inc., where he led global financial planning and analysis and helped take the company public. Prior to Visa, he held senior finance positions with The Gap and began his career as a certified public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.

	Don Darby *Chief Operating Officer*As Chief Operating Officer, Don leads the company's channel partner management, client services, customer support, legal and sales operations teams. With over 20 years of professional experience in the enterprise SaaS software, internet and consumer services industries, Don brings extensive technology-related strategic sales, marketing and operations skills to EZShield. Recently, he drove over 50% annual revenue growth as the General Manager of the Supplier Network business at Ariba, the largest on-demand B2B solution in the world with over $120B in annual business. Prior to that, Don managed global sales operations and enablement as Sr. Director Sales Operations at Ariba. Before Ariba, he raised $26M in venture funding as the Co-Founder and COO of Handyman Online, a home improvement destination connecting homeowners with screened, qualified contractors. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Colby College.

	Brian Osborn *Chief Marketing Officer*As Chief Marketing Officer since August 2009, Brian is responsible for the company's marketing and product management efforts. Before joining EZShield, Brian served for 3 years as VP of Marketing at Walmart.com, responsible for consumer programming, customer acquisition and retention, marketing-driven sales, and traffic growth. Prior to Walmart.com, Brian spent 6 years at eBay, Inc. Three of those years were spent at PayPal (following eBay's acquisition of the payment service), where he established the company's global marketing strategy, pricing structure and marketing organization. Before moving to PayPal, Brian led Category Marketing for eBay's electronics and media businesses. Earlier in his career, Brian worked in brand management at Kraft Foods, and he started his career in advertising at the Leo Burnett Company. Brian received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

	Mike Robinson *Senior Vice President – Strategic Accounts*Serving as Senior Vice President since June 2009, Mike is EZShield's financial industry expert and leads the company's sales operations that focus on the financial channel. As Vice President of Sales at Custom Direct, he grew the EZShield Check Fraud Protection program into the market-leading solution they are today. Prior to joining Custom Direct, Mike was General Manager of Welcome Wagon International, a subsidiary of Move.com, where he held the position of Vice President. He was a founder and Executive Vice President of Click Tactics, Inc. Mike also held a variety of positions in the financial security printing industry: SVP of Sales and Marketing for Davis & Henderson Intercheques, VP of Sales for Norpax and the Eastern Division of Intercheques, and VP of Sales Primary Accounts at Harland in Atlanta. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barton College in North Carolina.

	Mike Bruemmer *Senior Vice President – Sales and Development*As Senior Vice President of Sales and Development since May 2010, Mike is focused on business development and cultivating new channels for EZShield's identity protection solutions. Prior to EZShield, Mike served as VP of Sales for csIdentity Corp., where he was responsible for revenue generation and product development for the wholesale identity theft protection, breach and background screening provider. At csIdentity, Mike oversaw a doubling of revenue from 2008 to 2009. Previously, Mike was VP and General Manager for the Americas Group at Lenovo Inc. and held several executive positions at Dell Computer. Earlier in his career, Mike spent 20 years at Pepsico and Oscar Meyer Foods and he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

	Andy Souders *Vice President – Systems & Technology, Chief Technical Officer*Andy joined the company in January 2010 and oversees all software engineering, quality assurance and systems operations at EZShield. Andy previously held the position of Vice President of Interactive and was also Vice President of Client-facing Infrastructure at NEW, the industry's leading provider of extended service contracts and product protection programs for consumers, where he was responsible for application development and management for the entire suite of NEW's products and customer support applications. Prior to NEW, he held the position of CIO with Access National Corporation and led global development for America Online's Audience and Corporate Systems groups, supporting AOL's online advertising, ERP and data warehouse and reporting applications. He also held senior management positions with Collaborex, KPMG and EDS, integrating solutions for customers in complex environments across a wide variety of technologies including B2B, Business Intelligence, ERP, and custom software development. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Frostburg State University.
