Training is viewed by EZShield as continuous process of development and career growth. EZShield offers an exciting place to develop your career, a supportive environment where associates have ongoing opportunities to gain experience and receive onsite training. This is a collaborative effort between managers and associates.

Orientation Process
Each associate’s personal growth and development begins with the New Associate Orientation Program on the first day of employment at EZShield. We believe in helping every new associate get off to a fast and productive start by learning the business and understanding what makes EZShield and its team of associates successful.

Career Development
We encourage associates to look at their development as an ongoing process preparing them for future opportunities within the organization.

While we believe that an individual is ultimately the driving force behind his/her own success, we recognize our role in helping our associates develop their careers and strive for excellence. Educational Assistance Program
EZShield encourages an environment of continuous learning. To that end, eligible associates may receive reimbursement for tuition and associated costs in areas related to a current job assignment, or for a job in which one might be reasonably expected to advance within the organization.

The Educational Assistance Program was established to aid and encourage associate self-development, and to assist in the development of future leaders within our organization.
